STAY-TO-PLAY POLICY
YOU MAY NOT BOOK HOTELS OUTSIDE OF HBC EVENT SERVICES AT THE RISK OF BEING DENIED ACCEPTANCE TO THE EVENT.

This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament.  All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament  MUST book a minimum of 6 rooms (U9-U12) and 8 rooms per team for all other age brackets or will have a $600 penalty enforced. Please do not call the hotels directly.  Please book through the hotel reservation link below.  We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in sponsoring our event.

Premier Soccer Services has partnered with HBC Event Services to provide an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms at the best rates. These rates are exclusively available for teams participating in the tournament. Please note that when booking your hotel room there a deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Book your rooms fast to get the best availability. Group Rates are not guaranteed within two weeks prior to the event.

All hotel reservations must be made through HBC Event Services by July 26th to guarantee tournament room rates. 

Stay-to-Play minimum room requirement is

6 rooms per team (Under 9-Under 12)

8 rooms per team (Under 13-Under 19)
