Electronic Registration Opens March 4
Deadline to Upload all documents: March 18 at Midnight
If teams do not check in online, they will be required to check in at tournament pick up on Tuesday (information below of time and place) and will be charged a $100 fee for in person check in.
We strongly encourage electronic check in by March 18th. Teams will not be eligible to play without a stamp approved roster from check in.
HOTEL POLICY: This is a "stay and play" tournament which means that all traveling teams are required to use our official housing company, Key Bookings. There is an option to pay a surcharge of $600 if you desire to make your own accommodations, please email: calvin@keybookings.org to inquire about this option. If opting to pay the $600 surcharge fee: payment is due by March 4th.
All teams must meet a minimum requirement of reserved rooms: 8 rooms for 11v11 teams and 6 rooms for Under 9 to Under 12. Local teams will need a Tournament Director approval to commute daily. Teams 11 years and older are suggested to stay a minimum of 5 nights. Teams 10 years and under have a 3 night minimum. ALL HOTELS REQUIRE A MINIMUM STAY OF AT LEAST 3 NIGHTS.

Online Team Check In Required Documents:
You will upload into GOTSPORT all of the following -
- Official State Roster or US Club Soccer Roster or National organization roster (if other) : with all players that will be playing on the roster - with uniform numbers on the roster. The roster must be uploaded.
NOTE: Guest players - can be written in on the rosters. Guest players must have player card, medical release and a guest player form from you state association IF required.
- Player ID Cards - from a national / state soccer governing body - such as USSSA, USYS State Association, SAY Soccer, and US Club Soccer.
NOTE: MLS NEXT teams are not required to have player cards per MLS Next Policies but should have the player photo on the roster in lieu of the card.
ONLY FOR MLS NEXT TEAM ROSTERS - You will need to enter all of your players into GOTSPORT with head shot photos and jersey numbers to be used as your roster. Once this is completed you can generate a roster from Gotsport and submit it. A Screenshot of the KITMAN Labs Roster with approval status shown will be used a players card to verify eligibility. - For teams outside of Florida: permission to travel per your national association policies IF required.
- HOTEL SURVEY - SURCHARGE TEAMS ONLY - This is required for all teams who opted to pay the surcharge. Please fill out this form HERE and upload with other required documents above.
NOTE: US Club Soccer and USSSA roster teams do not need permission to travel forms per their national association rules
Teams will receive Electronic Check In confirmation email if all documents were correct and approved with further instructions of what to do (see below). This will be emailed to the listed PRIMARY CONTACT on the Gotsport tournament team registration - if this needs to be a different person, please update your Gotsport contact information.
APPROVED ROSTER PICKUP
In Person Check In will have to be done at the following times below (this is required for teams who did not check in online and will complete your check in here) -

Tuesday, March 30, Location: TBD between 5:30pm-8pm
- Thursday, April 2, Under 9 and 10 ONLY, Austin Tindall - 7:30am before your first game (you may also go to in person check in on Tuesday, March 30 at TBD.)
Stamped Approved rosters will have to be picked up for all U11-U19 teams at the following time and location - You will receive a confirmation email also stating this.
- Tuesday, March 30, Location: TBD between 5:30pm-8:30pm
- Under 9 and Under 10 ONLY - Rosters can be picked up Tuesday, March 30, at location above or on Wednesday or Thursday at Gosling
For Florida based teams driving up on Wednesday - You will come to Austin Tindall to pick up your documents unless you come Tuesday night to.
You will receive your 6 copies of your stamped approved roster and a team bag with a coaches gift, discounts, and tournament water bottles for the players.
Game Procedures: Teams will be responsible for having all rosters, player cards, and other documents at the field. Teams will provide a stamped approved roster to the game officials of each game in addition to the player cards/coach cards. Teams must be at the fields with all documents a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the matches.
